We offer support to bereaved parents living in the Brighton and Worthing area through our befriender service. 

 

Join our support groups

 

We run support groups, where parents can share their experiences with other parents who have also lost a baby. The dates for 2024 are:

Other support

 

Many Sands members have found that collecting and creating keepsakes can provide a lot of comfort and is a lasting way of remembering your baby. Here are some of the ideas we have found useful.
