Supporting you

We hope you and your families are managing to stay safe and well during these unprecedented times.

We continue to offer support to bereaved parents living in the Brighton and Worthing area through our befriender service.

Join our support groups

We will be running support groups via Zoom videoconferencing, where parents can share their experiences with other parents who have also lost a baby. The next Zoom videoconference support group is:

    Wednesday 24 June at 19:00

Please leave a message via our facebook page Brighton and Worthing Sands or email us for more details of how to join.

Other support

Many Sands members have found that collecting and creating keepsakes can provide a lot of comfort and is a lasting way to remembering your baby. Here are some of the ideas we have found useful.

Some Sands members have recommended books they found helpful.

You are not alone in your experience - read the personal stories of other bereaved parents.
